Dear friends!

 

We are already familiar with the schedule for Holy Week and it is in the public domain — the amazing and trembling divine services of the Passion of Christ will begin on Thursday morning. And now it's time to say about the no less joyful and expected part of the Easter celebrations — the consecration of cakes, eggs and festive baskets. 

 

We will consecrate everything with a special Easter rite three times and this year without an appointment:
- on Holy Saturday after the Divine Liturgy (which begins at 9.30) and until 3.00 pm.
- after the night Easter services (which start at 11.00 pm on Saturday night)
- on the very day of the Bright Resurrection of Christ from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm

 

And, dear ones, we have the great joy!
Finally in our church there is a full-fledged and beautiful church store! With wonderful icons, prayer books for children and adults, as well as adult and children's spiritual literature (even coloring books) and small church souvenirs. In this email, I attach photos!

 

In America, of course, it is not so difficult to order an icon or a book somewhere, but there are problems with the usual small wishes — car icons, body crosses and strings, christening shirts for the baby, etc. Now we have it!
And it is much more pleasant, of course, when something from the spiritual does not need to be ordered, but can be purchased in the native temple. 

 

The church store is already open and you will already see everything at the services of Holy Week, and at Easter and when you come to consecrate the cakes.

 

Have a peaceful days, dear ones. Just a little and our soul will soar above everything, supported by the wings of joy and hope for the Risen Savior!
